I am currently an Adjunct Professor at Mid-Michigan Community College in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. I have been a college professor, first at Adrian College, then a TA at both Central Michigan University and Ohio University, then a faculty member at Central Michigan University, then at the American University of Bulgaria, and now at MMCC. For over 20 years it has been my honor and privilege to spend time in front of a class of students and pass along my knowledge and skills. It is my hope that I can continue to pass along the lessons I have learned about film, media, and media criticism and, in that hope, I offer my Curriculum Vitae for any and all who might be interested. I am also a professional movie reviewer, fully-versed in cinematic theory and history. In June of 2016, I started a classic movie review podcast with a former student/current friend (Buddy) and a colleague now moved to another institution (Chad). To-date, we have reviewed over 320 films, plus various extra content including behind-the-scenes interviews and original Top-5 lists for our Patron page.
